| [Position Overview] The Installation instructor is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of wind turbine installations in accordance with the Company’s technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. This role involves close collaboration with installation teams, providing technical support, conducting inspections, and delivering training to maintain high-quality outcomes throughout the construction process. [Main responsibilities] O Ensure strict adherence by installation teams to technical instructions and quality requirements. O Intervene promptly when HSE deviations, incorrect assembly procedures or adjustments are observed. O Ensure compliance with the Company specifications regarding occupational safety and construction documentation. O Accompany construction teams throughout the entire installation process to ensure consistent quality and procedural compliance. O Conduct regular inspections to verify installation quality and address any deviations. O Assist in the execution of technical remedy measures for non-conformities (NCs) attributable to the Company O Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving installation-related issues. O Provide technical support during the installation phase, including guidance on tools, procedures, and task-specific challenges O Deliver instruction on the Company specific equipment and installation documentation O Ongoing guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance and technical proficiency. O Ensure full compliance at all times with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations. [Requirements] O Mechanical or electrical background. O Knowledge about wind turbine or heavy machinery will be beneficial. O 3 to 5 years’ experience will be beneficial. O Experience on construction work will be beneficial. O Able to work at height. O Willing to be 70% of time on Business trip. O Both Korean and English fluency O Car Driving license mandatory O Well-structured and organised approach. O Independent and proactive mindset. O Assertive and confident in decision-making. O Conscientious and detail-oriented. O Strong organisational and time-management skills. O Quality-conscious with a commitment to standards. O Diplomatic approach to resolving issues. |
