| [Main Responsibilities] O Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, resources needed to complete different work orders O Have a full understanding of contract right and obligations (EPK/SSA....) O Prepare, organize and dispatch preventative & Curative works , plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s operations goals ( defined by Technical lead and under EPK contract terms) O Create Team allocation O Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work and weather forecast O Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, customer, and external vendors O Organize the work in ways to drive a safe working environment for employees and maximize employee engagement throughout the operation and ensures that site remains proper health & security environment. O Developing a planning cost-effective for operations and maintenance within the contractual element of the EPK and company target. O Carrying out risk analysis, weather downtime analysis, delay mitigation analysis and OPEX. O Lead communication between Planning operation and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality information and service. O Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins. O Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses). O Ensuring compliance with all processes, procedures, and policies O Inform OCC lead of abnormal or critical situations. O Ensure your work is completed in adherence to the existing scheduling standards and processes O Providing planning (scheduling) to the customer according the contractual obligation O Handle long- and short-range planning. O Analyze work order feedback and execute follow-up actions. O Share common work planning information with other Maintenance Planners. O Ensure his own safety and the one of his colleagues in the working environment in general. O Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with the operational stakeholders in an effort to maximize business results performance [Secondary Responsibilities] O Requisition services and materials for planned and unplanned work. O Help with keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials. O Seek lead OCC advice on matters outside the Planner’s knowledge or authority. O Review work order feedback information to improve future planning efforts. O Identify and develop standard work routines and task lists. O Assist with supply chain coordination (with Materials Management and Procurement). O Actively committed to the good running of all certifications (if applicable) O Support the planning activity for APAC upon request. O Identify and request required permits. O Interacting with internal and external stakeholders for reaching goals. O Confirm order through APAC. [Qualification & Skill] O Method enginneer , electric, elecro-mecanic engineer, planning engineer O 1 years' experience in the related role O Knowledge of electricity and mechanics O English fluent written and oral O Prior customer relations experience in a commercial setting is a preference O Wind energy experience and/or renewable energy is preferred O Strong passion for renewable energy O Well developed interpersonal and professional communication skills O Professional attention to detail and solid problem solving |
