[Job Description] 1. Marcomm Strategy Planning and Execution - Support marcomm manager in creating the localization of global marketing, market objectives and priorities into the seasonal MarComm calendar/plan for all consumer touchpoints. - Drive key deliverables that create distinction and enhance the brand’s reputation in partnership with the cross-functional teams. - Create unique experiences and build new storytelling contents that help OOOO reach new consumers, expanding brand awareness. - Leverage expertise to influence strategic messaging, positioning, brand building and issues management of OOOO. 2. CRM - In charge of CRM marketing including closely cooperate with cross-functional teams and CRM agency - Develop various plans to recruit new members and to retain current members continuously - Review and refine OOOO Exclusive Club membership benefits based on the feedback of customers - Create various campaigns to increase member’s lifetime value and comprehend customer’s profiles, insights and their unmet needs - Manage customer’s data and create/share regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for OOOO team and each store to supports POS level sales. 3. Trade Marketing - Create promo plans and deliver materials on time to the stores to maximize all brand plans & development. - Activate local ideas when appropriate to drive more consumer facing. - Ensure correct use and positioning of in-store communication tools and work closely with VM team to define the trade marketing strategy execution. 4. Internal Communications - Ensure that the team provides actionable recommendations and calls for action based on Marcomm. plans. - Oversee that gathered insights are translated into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights presentations. [Requirement] 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Over 4 years of professional experience in multi-national business environment 3. Knowledgeable in Marketing / Product Development 4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 5. Fluent in English both verbally and written [Preferred] 1. High-end luxury or Premium brand experience in retail industry 2. Excellent Communication with stakeholders and presentation skills |
